Today has been one of the toughest days for the Mayor of Freetown. Yvonne Aki-Sawyerr In the early hours of the morning, her vehicle was involved in a serious accident after being hit by a truck 
. By God’s grace, she wasn’t in the car at the time — a miracle, especially since the impact was on the very side where he usually sits. 
As if that wasn’t enough, just after the accident, his driver received a call that his home had caught fire 
. By the time he reached there, everything was gone 
. The house was completely burnt to the ground — nothing was salvaged. 
Let this remind us that material things can be replaced, but life is priceless. We thank God for His protection in the midst of chaos.
It is well. God is still in control.
